Vladimir Yershov. Paintings

Since the 1st of April, 2015 the Memorial Museum of Isaak Brodsky has been hosting an exhibition of works by Vladimir Yershov. The artist was born in 1964. He acquired professional artistic education at the Academy of Fine Arts in the studios of Boris Ugarov and Victor Reichet. Vladimir Yershov is a member of the Russian Union of Artists (since 1993). His solo exhibitions were held in Russia and abroad and his works can be found in many museums and private collections. The personal artistic style of VladimirYershov was formed mainly under the influence of the Russian realistic painting school. At the same time in his paintings the artist reflects dynamism, bright colors and fast motions of contemporary life. The artist works in different genres: landscape, portrait, genre compositions. Realistic plot and accomplished forms are harmonically combined with energetic brush dabs. At the exhibition one will find works based on impressions from traveling to different places and countries.

The exhibition will run until the 12th of April, 2015
