On the 11th of June, 2014 the Memorial Museum of I.I.Brodsky will host an opening of the exhibition featuring works by Anatoly Nachev.
Anatoly Nachev graduated from the Crimea Art College in 1969 and from the Saint-Petersburg Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after Ilya Repin in 1978 (studio of A. D. Zaytcev). The artist is a member of the Russian Union of Artists (1985) and actively takes part in different exhibition and art projects. His works can be found in many state and private collections in Russia and abroad. Since 1978 Anatoly Nachev has been teaching at the State University in the name of A.I.Herzen and at the Baltic Institute of Ecology and Law. The artist works in different genres: portraits, monumental compositions, sketches etc. However, his favorite genre has always been landscape. Representing lyrical landscape genre that is very common for Russian culture and art the artist embodies it according his unique style and methods.
The exhibition will be open until the 22nd of June, 2014.
